- Managing variation orders by interfacing with customers and internal stakeholders such as Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance ,
- Taking end-to-end responsibility to fulfill obligations to customers in cooperation with relevant Alstom internal stakeholders and functions ,
- Supporting the digitalization of Customer Service processes by investigating and implementing digital solutions for customer ordering and supply chain processes ,
- Providing regular status and performance reports to management in relation to both internal and external customers using the Customer Dashboard ,
- Collaborating with Business Development to create Parts Catalogues and Price Lists ,
- Acting as the primary interface for customer management and development of a pipeline for new business opportunities ,
- Driving operational excellence by ensuring accountability and efficiency in all aspects of the role ,
- Building strong collaboration and teamwork across different functions to achieve shared goals
- Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent qualification ,
- Experience or understanding of external stakeholder management (minimum 3 to 5 years) ,
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Baan, and SAP ,
- Familiarity with customer service processes, including contract negotiation, pricing, and invoicing ,
- Fluent communication skills in English and Swedish ,
- Strong operational effectiveness and accountability ,
- Knowledge of the railway industry (preferred but not mandatory) ,
- Adaptability in digitalizing processes for customer ordering and supply chain
