We're leading projects cross the bank, in an agile environment, to ensure our transformation journeys that will future proof the bank.You will be long to the central project team within Group CIO, which focuses on technology to ensure the future of banking, with a forward-leaning mind-set and work in areas such as Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, and data management.Role responsibilities includes;· Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects managing dependencies and risk efficiently.· Securing the right prioritization, coordinating the project´s progress and proactively identify and address impediments to ensure delivery· Lead and interact with stakeholders, vendors and partners· Collaborate with a project sponsor, usually a senior business manager· Utilize agile frameworks, to guide and coach teams to achieve their full potentialQualifications needed to succeed in this role;· Demonstrated success in delivering projects and/or parts of programs· 7+ years of experience of leading change as a Project Manager or similar role· Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive consensus· Understanding and application of Scaled agile principles and practices· Strong leadership and communication skills, have the ability to inspire, motivate teams and build your own network· A background from the Finance business is seen as an advantageWhat we offer:· Make a lasting impact by leading prioritized projects that are important to future proof the bank· Opportunities for professional growth and development· Be a part of a great, professional, and welcoming team.
