Electrical System EngineerAre you passionate about sustainability and curious to see your designs come to life?Do you enjoy variety in your work, from hands-on problem solving to big-picture thinking?Would you thrive in a collaborative team with the support of a global company?If so - we'd like to tell you more!About the teamAs an Electrical System Engineer, you'll join a collaborative team of electrical and system designers with diverse experience, working side by side to shape the next generation of electrical systems - while continuously improving our current products and solving challenges for our customers.Every day brings new learning opportunities, and you'll be encouraged to both grow your own skills and share your expertise with others in the team.Your missionIn this role, you'll help drive the development of advanced electrical technologies within safety, automation and electrification.Your focus will be on selecting and developing key components like cabling, electrical cabinets, sensors and control systems. You'll design and update specifications in close collaboration with suppliers and contribute to the full system design alongside our system engineers.With the factory nearby, you'll have hands-on access to machines for testing and validating your work throughout the development process.Your ProfileWe believe you're someone with a genuine interest in technology and a strong desire to understand the products you work with. You are innovative, take responsibility, and work well both independently and in teams. Collaboration is essential, as much of the work takes place in cross-functional groups.You have a structured and analytical mindset and the ability to bridge theory and practice to deliver results in line with defined goals.We're looking for someone with:
  • A degree in a relevant technical field, or equivalent qualified engineering experience
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  • Swedish language skills or a willingness to learn over time
