Om jobbet:VX Fiber is looking for a hands-on Backend Developer to help build the backbone of our global SaaS platform. Then you might be the one we're looking for.About the RoleAs a Backend Developer at VX Fiber, you'll design and maintain robust backend services that power our fibre network SaaS platform. Our stack is built around Go, Temporal, and gRPC, running in a microservice architecture on AWS. You'll be working with distributed systems, event-driven workflows, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to ensure our services are scalable and future-proof.You will work in a self-organizing, cross-functional team where architecture, automation, and systems design are everyday topics. This role combines deep technical responsibility with the freedom to explore and improve how things should be done.What you'll Do

Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Go, orchestrated with Temporal and connected via gRPC and event-driven systems.
Build and evolve our microservice architecture with a focus on scalability, resilience, and maintainability.
Collaborate on system architecture and design decisions to align with our long-term technical vision.
Deploy and manage services on AWS using Nomad, Consul, and other HashiCorp tools.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following DDD and modern development practices.
Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Work with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and Atlassian tools for collaboration.

What you BringEducationWe value competence, drive, and pragmatism more than formal education - if you have the right experience, a diploma matters less.Experience

1-5 years of experience as a Backend or Junior Developer.
Solid programming skills in Go (preferred) or other modern languages such as Javascript, Python, C#, C++, Java, or C.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
Familiarity with distributed systems or large-scale environments. (Telecom/network industry experience is a bonus, not a requirement.)
Problem-solving mindset, pragmatic approach, and eagerness to learn new technologies.
Strong collaboration skills in a cross-functional, distributed team.
