- Lead, coach, and develop our talented RSC teams and their managers, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
- Ensure the delivery of world-class Return Material Authorization (RMA) services in close collaboration with external partners and cross-functional teams across Axis’ global organization.
- Strategically develop our RSC and partner footprint to support our growth ambitions.
- Optimize inventory management of spare parts and replacement units to ensure availability and operational efficiency.
- Commercially manage and develop our global RMA Service Partners.
- Oversee the development of repair solutions in collaboration with R&D.
- Follow up performance and drive improvements projects related to Reverse Supply Chain.
- Actively contribute to the Global Supply Chain Management team.
- A Master's degree in Engineering or similar.
- Previous management experience, with a focus on personnel development.
- Strong communicative skills and enjoy collaborating with diverse cultures.
- Experience in Supply Chain Management within a global environment.
- Good understanding of products and repair technology.
- The ability to navigate successfully within a global structure.
- Experience in aftermarket operations within a global electronics manufacturing company.
