Do you thrive in an international, fast-paced environment with plenty of autonomy?Birn+Partners is is looking for a results-driven Account Manager – Nordics for Amcor Flexibles to manage and grow customer accounts across Sweden, Denmark and Norway. In this role, you’ll work in a multinational sales team delivering innovative and sustainable packaging solutions to the meat industry.Your RoleAs Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts while identifying new opportunities for growth. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including R&D, marketing, operations, and supply chain—to ensure a high level of service and value creation for your customers.Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans for assigned accounts
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers
- Identify new business opportunities and drive value-based sales
- Lead commercial activities from planning and project management to daily operations
- Monitor account performance, ensuring volume and margin targets are achieved
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across Europe to deliver customer expectations
- A degree in Sales, Engineering, Business, or similar
- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within packaging or the meat industry
- Proven track record in account growth and profitability
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in English and Swedish; understanding of Danish and Norwegian is a plus
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and work cross-functionally
