We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with solid experience in software development and an interest in Golang. You will join an exciting project building the next generation of Condition Monitoring Solutions – turning machine data into insights that extend industrial equipment lifetime and drive sustainable, intelligent growth.Responsibilities:

Develop, test, deploy, and improve backend solutions.
Take part in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional collaboration.
Work closely with product owners, architects, and other stakeholders.
Support integration with industrial hardware and protocols.
Participate in agile ceremonies and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Requirements:

Strong experience in backend development for complex or industrial systems.
Database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with industrial protocols (OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT) is a plus.
Understanding of security principles, authentication, and data encryption.
Interest in and/or experience with Golang.
Comfortable with Git and agile methodologies.
Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus).
