- Managing a multi-project environment at Unilabs Nordics across all aspects of the radiology business.
- Project Management Office responsibilities, including:
- Acts primarily as Project Manager for Key Projects and coordinates Projects managed by Line Management.
- Project Reporting, Controlling, and Auditing/Gatekeeping where appropriate.
- Informing senior management on (programs), projects, and portfolio status.
- Supplying up-to-date PMO standards and methodology.
- Increasing the degree of project management maturity in Unilabs Nordics.
- Ensuring ongoing risk assessment and mitigation across all projects.
- Supporting the construction of new radiology centers, ensuring integration of HVAC, electrical, and construction aspects into project management planning.
- Coordinating Unilabs Nordics' cost Radiology transformation program, including reporting to senior management and Unilabs Group and active participation in program initiatives.
- Driving Unilabs' Continuous Improvement Process to identify efficiency-gaining opportunities with staff from all departments.
- Providing a collaborative framework for these teams to improve communication and generate ideas for continuous improvement.

- 5 years of consolidated experience in managing complex projects/programs, possibly in international environments.
- Experience in medical projects/programs, with some knowledge of medical environments or radiology (would be a plus).
- Knowledge or experience in construction project management, particularly related to HVAC, electrical, and general facility setup.
- Ability to manage and lead small teams/groups (up to 10 people) in a smooth, cohesive, and inclusive manner with no direct report to the incumbent.
- Open to working in a matrix organization and different role interactions.
- Solid background in the IT business and knowledge of business process analysis.
- Pro-active, respectful, resilient, results-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while grasping the essence and maintaining the direction of the project/program, strongly pragmatic, hands-on, and able to zoom-in zoom-out.
- Knowledgeable about process improvement methodologies: Lean, Six Sigma, DevOps.
