We are looking for an experienced Head of AI & Automation for a strategic role within BPO, with immediate start possible as a consultant or permanent.The role is with an international company with an established presence in Sweden, generating approximately SEK 1 billion in revenue and employing around 800 people in Sweden. The company provides Business Process Outsourcing solutions, combining services with application management, configurations, third-party system integrations, scalable processes, and automation.The company is undergoing a significant transformation and is now seeking a leader to drive and develop the automation and AI agenda. The role has a clear focus on increasing automation levels, creating measurable value, and improving operational efficiency through enhanced processes and data-driven solutions. The position is intended to become permanent, with a possibility to start with an initial consultancy period of approximately six months.We are looking for someone who:

Has experience leading automation and AI projects during periods of change.
Is comfortable working both strategically and hands-on, with experience in building and implementing solutions independently.
Is used to navigate an international environment and collaborate with key stakeholders at the executive level.
Has experience in data engineering, designing and optimizing data flows, and applying machine learning and AI frameworks.
Has experience with automation platforms such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate, or WorkFusion.
It is an advantage to have knowledge of services and systems within finance or related areas.
