- 2nd Line Support for Acquiring Services: address customer inquiries requiring specialized knowledge or deeper analysis of the payments and transactions supported by our services
- Administration: process returned payments, settle debt payments, and make necessary account changes to keep merchant records accurate and ensure correct processing
- Monitoring & Issue Resolution: monitor rejected transactions, perform corrections and keep customers informed
- Continuous Improvement: collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, 1st Line Support, Sales) to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce recurring problems
- Previous experience in the payment industry or from working in a regulated business
- Experience working in a technical environment with technical products
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong communicative ability in English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, regulated setting
- Strong sense of ownership and personal drive to see tasks through
