Join us and experience our supportive and friendly workplace.Your roleWe are looking for an experienced project manager to be a part of our team at Gripen Support Project Management Office (PMO). You will lead development and delivery projects focusing on support solutions for the Gripen System. You will also play a role in developing our project office within in the competence area of project management. You will work closely with contract managers, line managers and representatives within development, procurement and production.You will be a part of an enthusiastic and high performing team with project managers, planners, controller and risk and opportunity managers. We have a strong focus on career development and personal growth to strengthen us as individuals and as a team.You will also be part of the Business Unit Aviation Services that provide support for the Gripen System, including a range of products and services. The department Program Management Gripen consists of a small number of sections with approximately 50 employees working with Contract Management, Project Management Office and Customer Support.Your key responsibilities include:
  • Lead and deliver projects that usually span across one or more business units.
  • Monitor, report and achieve the projects financial, time and quality goals
  • Manage resource planning, schedules and financials
  • Risk and opportunity management
  • Manage communication and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders
  • Report status to the Project Steering Group

  • With strong skills in leadership with the ability to achieve a good balance between team drive and well-being.
  • With experience in working as project manager or leader
  • With excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
  • With a Masters or Bachelor degree of Science in technology or economy.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection.
