Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the best value, quality, and service.
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and service levels.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure procurement strategies align with business objectives.
Continuously improving procurement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What you will bring

Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience in sourcing and/or procurement management, preferable within manufacturing.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in procurement software and tools, including SAP and Ariba.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish.
