Customer Service Representative - half time

• Manage and oversee purchase orders from customers, and coordinate with the headquarters for ample order fulfilment
• Deal with customers directly by phone and mail
• Control and oversee customer invoices and other financial tasks
• Follow up and oversee inbound and outbound shipments from the branch when necessary.
• Other operational and administrative tasks

• Conscientious and organized with an appetite to get the job well done
• Can develop an understanding of complex ERP systems at an elevated pace
• Can confidently conduct business in both English and Swedish, while other Nordic languages and Spanish are an advantage

• Part-time unfixed contract with 6 months probationary period
