Senior Product DesignerOur client: is a full-service IT agency focused on innovation, providing design and development services since 2007. Their expertise includes Customer Experience & Interface Design, Strategy, Organisation & Process Design, and Communication & Digital Marketing.As a Senior Product Designer, you play a pivotal role in our client’s design team, translating company strategy into innovative digital products. Your responsibilities involve understanding client design requirements, collaborating with project managers, and ensuring alignment with brand voice. You’ll also formalise the client’s vision and collaborate closely with Product Teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.Location: Hybrid / Remote – Stockholm, SolnaResponsibilities:As a Senior Product Designer, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:User-Centric Design:

Deliver industry-standard user experiences across multiple devices, platforms, and geographies.
Collaborate with directors, product owners, designers, and developers to continuously improve user experience and add value for end-users.

Innovative User Experiences:

Define innovative user experiences through UI/UX-focused efforts, including research, user flows, and user testing.
Identify new opportunities for increased engagement.

Design System Management:

Build and maintain a central repository of web components.
Integrate web components into each product’s design system.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Translate quantitative data and qualitative insights into better design decisions.
Understand core product metrics and design solutions that meet business goals.

Project Management:

Scope design initiatives accurately and prioritise work tasks appropriately.
Manage multiple projects, seamlessly switching between them to meet tight deadlines.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with UI/UX specialists, stakeholders, developers, product managers, and team members.
Ensure visual style consistency across each product by partnering with key stakeholders.

Prototyping and Testing:

Produce prototypes and conduct testing with end-users.
Gather requirements and ideas from research and product owners.

Documentation and Optimisation:

Document processes and findings, including mapping and optimising user journeys.
Continually review the team’s work and implement necessary changes to design practices.

Creative Contribution:

Active contributor to creative processes by offering input, providing feedback, and sharing ideas.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a product designer or in a similar role.
Proficient in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.
Mobile-first mindset with responsive and scalable design experience.
Design system creation experience.
Project ownership and management skills.
Experience in gambling is a plus but not necessary.
Expertise in optimising flows, spotting flaws, and complying with legal requirements.
Proficient in producing High Fidelity and Low Fidelity prototypes.
Experienced in Responsive and Adaptive design methodologies.
