- Lead the global brand strategy, including positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
- Oversee brand governance, guidelines, and execution consistency.
- Act as the company's brand ambassador, confidently presenting and communicating across all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with business and country teams to localize brand campaigns and assets and build brand equity globally.
- Manage agencies and internal teams to produce standout creative brand concepts and assets that supports the strategy and business.
- Be adept in managing digital brand governance platforms, such as CMP and DAMs.
- 5-10+ years of hands-on brand leadership and management experience, ideally in B2B or security/technology sectors.
- Having knowledge about how a brand works in the new digital age, and being exactly as technology savvy as you need to be for the job.
- Being naturally extroverted and comfortable being the face of brand internally and externally.
- Understanding brand architecture and having experience with branding b2b services based on client insights.
- Strong influencing and storytelling skills you energize teams and win hearts and minds.
- Strategic thinker with a creative edge and experience with leading global brand initiatives in complex organizations.
