Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is looking for a dedicated Swedish Speaking Customer Care Agent to join our team. If you have a passion for customer service and fluency in Swedish, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to help Swedish-speaking clients with their needs.Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Swedish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Offer assistance with products and services while maintaining complete customer satisfaction.
  • Document and manage customer interactions and issues in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information and support.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer service procedures and outcomes.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle inquiries and resolve problems effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer service platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
