- Support and contribute to investments in new technologies and production equipment.
- Master's degree in Mineral Processing, Metallurgy, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with powder metallurgy and sintering processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience leading technical projects.
