Join Arla Foods AB as our new Finance Business Partner within Supply Chain Production Sweden & Finland and be at the heart of driving value and operational excellence across our production sites.How you will make an impactYou will be part of a dedicated team of three Finance Business Partners as well as a wider community of Site Business Partners based in Sweden and Finland. You will collaborate closely with the Controlling department from our established shared service function as well as the Site Business Partners to secure the highest possible partnering quality at all levels within the site.You will support to drive both operational and strategic initiatives, leveraging your insights to analyse, communicate, and navigate site performance in line with our ambitious goals. By closely monitoring results, you will maintain a comprehensive overview of financial performance, challenge the status quo, and help set and achieve targets that strengthen efficiency and the bottom line. You will ensure transparency, consistency, and share best practices across the sites. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations and champion continuous improvement at Arla Foods.As Finance Business Partner your major responsibilities will be to:
  • Provide proactive financial insights, identify cost drivers, and support actions to improve site financial performance.
  • Actively participate in financial forecasting and performance review processes, offering relevant analysis and insights.
  • Co-drive accurate product costings.
  • Drive performance meetings with department heads and work with sites to optimize financial processes and flows.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert within a chosen process area, supporting sites across the market in resolving issues and ensuring adherence to global standards.
What will make you successfulTo be successful in this role, we believe you have a degree in economics and previous experience as a Finance Business Partner or Controller. Experience within manufacturing or logistics finance is a plus. You are expected to work confidently within the Microsoft Office package, and it would be advantageous if you are familiar with SAP and Business Warehouse Solutions. Furthermore, you are fluent in Swedish and English.You are a people-oriented person with a curious mindset that drives you to explore new possibilities. Your business acumen and analytical skills help you navigate and solve complex challenges.
