- Manage the cloud sales support desk, ensuring efficient handling of presale tickets, and providing timely quotes and guidance to the sales team in the creation of proposals
- Provide advice when qualifying business opportunities
- Support sales in their customer dialogue
- Attend global sales meeting
- Advise and support sales in their cloud strategy work
- Attend customer presentations/meetings
- Create training material and train the sales team
- Maintain and develop our collaboration with Microsoft
- Provide input and support product marketing team in creating sales collateral
- Maintain awareness of market trends, as well as product and competitor landscapes
- Continuously improve the Sectra One cloud business offering together with other team members
- Have a bachelor's or master's degree within engineering, IT or similar with a strong academic record
- Good academic performance and grades
- Be fluent in English
- Have previous sales experience
