We are headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, and our factory in Poland brings these innovations to life, with operating markets in the UK, Italy, and Germany.About the roleAs the Head of Project Management within Product & Technology, you'll lead strategic projects from idea to market launch, overseeing the project management team. Your role involves orchestrating the project management of our product development portfolio while refining tools and methodologies.Leading by example, you'll manage high-priority projects autonomously, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and budgets. Your hands-on approach will coordinate activities among multiple cross-functional teams, from hardware and software to legal and marketing.Guiding, mentoring, and nurturing a team of project managers will be central to your responsibilities. You'll conduct performance reviews, design clear career development paths, and facilitate resource allocation for your team’s success. Additionally, you'll oversee the project portfolio, monitoring progress, dependencies, and resource allocation while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.Your engagement with stakeholders will be key, providing comprehensive progress reports, risk assessments, timely issue resolution, and escalation when needed. Furthermore, you'll drive the development and implementation of project management methodologies, blending agile practices with efficient management suited to our dynamic, forward-thinking environment.This role involves some travel.What we would like you to have

You graduated from a bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, science or any other related field.
Proven track record of managing complex projects in technical product development environments.
Demonstrates adept leadership skills, fostering motivation and guidance for teams to accomplish strategic objectives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
Extensive senior-level experience in project management, ideally including leadership responsibilities overseeing project managers.
Understanding of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and modern product development practises. Experience in developing and implementing project management processes and tools.
It is a plus if you gained experience from both hardware and software development.
