IT Technician (Parental leave coverage)

- Ensure that Axel Arigato has an efficient IT workplace according to business needs and IT security requirements, for both office and store users.
- Work operationally with end-user support, monitoring the environment, and collaborating with suppliers.
- Oversee the Microsoft Azure environment and related cloud services, storage, and backup.
- Several years of experience working in IT support or as an IT Technician.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, workplace systems, and end-user support.
- Hands-on knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
- Experience with device management tools (e.g., Intune or equivalent).
- Clear communication and documentation skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Awareness of IT security best practices and compliance with IT policies.
