- Assist in the development of the annual reviews based on risk assessments.
- Assist in conducting internal audits, risk and compliance reviews in line with the plans.
- Participate in identifying and evaluating risks associated with business processes and operations.
- Assist in preparing clear and concise review reports detailing findings, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
- Present review findings to internal management and assist in developing action plans to address identified issues.
- Recommend enhancements to current review methodologies and tools to ensure continuous improvement in the way we work.
- Work closely with other departments, including operations, finance and accounting, to foster a culture of risk awareness and compliance.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support company initiatives such as onboarding of new clients as well as corporate governance matters.
- Keep updated with and document relevant regulatory and risk developments
- Recently graduated (within the last 1-2 years) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Management, Law, or another relevant discipline.
- Fluent in Swedish and a competent English speaker, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and a genuine interest in the insurance industry.
- Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn, with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a high-paced environment.
- Based in or near Stockholm, with a flexible approach to work arrangements.

- Work experience of 1-2 years in a similar role in the financial services industry.
