Company:Description:We are seeking a talented individual to join our Governance, Risk & Compliance team here at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Stockholm. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three - four days per week in the office.The GRC (Governance/Risk/Compliance) function at Marsh Management Services Sweden consists of a team of consultants who work together to help Swedish and English-speaking captive owners and insurance company clients manage GRC according to the Solvency 2 regulations. The member will work closely with the team and clients, learning and taking on more responsibilities over time, including participation in various projects.Please note: if applying please ensure that your CV & application is in English.The role: Junior Governance, Risk & Compliance AnalystTo thrive in this role, the ideal candidate should be humble, willing to take on any task, and be self-driven and proactive. The main responsibilities include assist in conducting and following up on regulatory compliance/risk reviews, coordinating board meetings, and supporting ongoing client projects and reporting.We will count on you to:

Assist in the development of the annual reviews based on risk assessments.
Assist in conducting internal audits, risk and compliance reviews in line with the plans.
Participate in identifying and evaluating risks associated with business processes and operations.
Assist in preparing clear and concise review reports detailing findings, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
Present review findings to internal management and assist in developing action plans to address identified issues.
Recommend enhancements to current review methodologies and tools to ensure continuous improvement in the way we work.
Work closely with other departments, including operations, finance and accounting, to foster a culture of risk awareness and compliance.
Participate in cross-functional teams to support company initiatives such as onboarding of new clients as well as corporate governance matters.
Keep updated with and document relevant regulatory and risk developments

What you need to have:

Recently graduated (within the last 1-2 years) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Management, Law, or another relevant discipline.
Fluent in Swedish and a competent English speaker, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and a genuine interest in the insurance industry.
Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn, with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a high-paced environment.
Based in or near Stockholm, with a flexible approach to work arrangements.
