Job DescriptionAt H&M Group, we believe data and AI are key enablers of innovation and sustainable growth. As Head of Information Architecture, you will lead a team within our central Data & AI function and will shape the future of how we structure, govern, and leverage information across the organization. Your mission is to build a scalable, future-ready information architecture that supports data-driven decision-making and AI integration across all brands and functions.Key responsibilities:Lead and develop a team of Information Architects, fostering a collaborative and forward-thinking culture.Design and implement scalable information architecture frameworks that enable data accessibility and AI enablement and interoperability.Define and promote best practices, standards, and governance models for information architecture ensuring architectural standards and complianceDrive the adoption of semantic technologies such as ontologies and knowledge graphs to enhance AI and analytical capabilities.Act as a strategic bridge between and ensure strong alignment with business and tech stakeholders to align architecture with business goals.Lead with the design of the data management roadmap ensuring alignment with the technology roadmap ensuring synergy and a result orientated approach to determine and deliver strategic improvementsLead the team of Information Architects to deliver to the Strategies and Initiatives by mentoring and develop the team to provide exemplar architectural servicesDrive the adoption of semantic technologies such as ontologies and knowledge graphs to enhance AI and analytical capabilitiesQualificationsAbout YouWe're looking for a visionary leader who knows what great looks like and thrives in cross-functional environments and knows how to bring people together to solve complex challenges. You are a confident and natural leader who is able to navigate technical detail and the organizational level strategic drivers.What you need to succeed:Extensive experience in information architecture, data management, or enterprise architecture in large-scale organizations.Proven leadership skills with the ability to align and inspire multidisciplinary teams.Deep understanding of data governance, metadata management, and semantic technologies.Understanding of semantic modeling principles, including ontologies, taxonomies, and knowledge graphs and related tooling.Strong collaboration skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.Excellent communication skills in English.Good to have:Experience working in AI-driven environments or with AI-enabling technologies.Previous experience leading an enterprise architecture functionExperience with the adoption of MLOps and AIOpsFamiliarity with retail or consumer-facing industries.Swedish language skills.Additional InformationThis is a permanent, full-time position based in Stockholm, Sweden.
