- Develop and implement global training activities, programs, and tools that build skills and capabilities across the organization, aligned with business needs and strategic goals.
- Drive leadership development initiatives and career growth programs to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Continuously improving our onboarding process, ensuring it is both efficient and welcoming. We want new employees to feel at home from day one and set them up for a successful start within the company.
- Develop and manage programs for graduates, interns, and apprentices - ensuring impactful learning journeys.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities and other external partners to strengthen collaboration and support the company's long-term competence development.
- Promote a positive and supportive work environment and culture by developing and evolving initiatives to improve employee engagement and well-being.
- Degree in human resources, business, or related discipline
- Track record in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or other related HR functions - ideally in an international environment
- Experience in managing a learning management system (e.g. SAP Success Factors) is desirable
