Mechanical Design Engineer

We are now working with interesting product development projects within the retail industry and need to grow our group of experts within Mechanical Design Engineering. Depending on your own background and experience, you will work on different projects that we are currently running at our client location.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- The daily contact with the client and be responsible for the execution of your assignment from concept to finished product, including product testing, certification and reliability testing.
- We also have an in-house team where we do full-scale project deliveries.
- You will be an important and central part of our cross-functional team and responsible for implementations and goals in our projects.
- Minimum 3-5 years' of experience in product development as a Mechanical Design Engineer or other relevant background
- Experienced in SolidWorks or other CAD tools
- Experience within Consumer Products and PLM (PTC Windchill preferred)
- Understanding of Bill of Material and product packaging structure will be an advantage.
- You are challenged by technical complexity and can suggest technical solutions and designs that best meet the specified requirements
- Fluent in English
- Holding an EU work permit, being able to quickly relocate to Sweden
