We’re looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic finance team and play a key role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and optimizing operations—especially within our manufacturing environment.Join a team that values innovation and continuous improvement. This position is located in Solna, Sweden and will be an on-site role.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Analyze current and historical financial data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare detailed financial reports and projections to support business planning.
Evaluate capital expenditures, depreciation and investment opportunities.
Develop and assess profit plans aligned with company goals.
Identify financial trends and provide strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams to align forecasts and business strategies.
Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting and scenario planning.
Monitor production costs and support cost-efficiency initiatives.
Lead cost accounting processes, including cost setup, tracking, and variance analysis.

The essential requirements of the job include

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing finance.
Strong background in cost accounting and plant finance support.
Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading).
Experience with ERP systems and handling large financial datasets.
Advanced skills in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
Knowledge of programming or automation tools (e.g., SQL, Python, VBA) is a strong plus.
