The BA role is crucial for the customer experience! You work in direct relationship with customer stakeholders within the banking and finance sector during critical phases of the solution and project lifecycles. The BA role acts across business and IT domains, so your ability to capture and analyze business requirements as well as ability to translate and communicate them to development and implementation colleagues, is essential.As a BA you are part of a dynamic, motivated and highly skilled agile team, with great customer focus. You will manage planning, execution and reporting of requirement activities to ensure deliveries of our credit handling solutions with high quality and customer satisfaction – you are responsible for the product based customer solution to be delivered. You will interact with customer business and IT representatives during customer demonstrations, training, validation and acceptance tests and production start support. We expect you to proactively manage and escalate risks and issues to project management.You will also be part of our BA community located in Sweden, India and Serbia.We expect you to have
- at least 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or other relevant requirements work
- an ability to plan and conduct customer workshops
- requirement documentation skills based on standard methods and tools
- credit application processing competence, e.g. within scoring or risk management
- knowledge in the credit market and related products
- a relevant university degree
- strong communication skills in verbal and writing
- fluent Swedish and English language skills
- experience in defining BPMN processes, EA (Enterprise architect) preferred
- experience using SQL
