- Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with management.

- Manage budget, P&L, and ensure profitable sales operations.
- Design and implement sales competitions and incentives to drive upselling and performance across product lines.
- Deliver high-quality customer service in plant care and design solutions.
- Coordinate marketing efforts and enhance Ambius Sweden's digital presence.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and customers.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company policies while promoting sustainability and safety.

- Relevant post-secondary education in sales, marketing, or business administration.
- Fluent in Swedish and English at a business level.
- Proven experience leading sales or commercial teams.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Skilled in leading service and/or sales teams to drive growth.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- High drive, strong work ethic, and personal accountability.
- Experience in service-based industries (B2B/B2C) or route-based businesses is a plus.
- Background in smaller, fast-growing companies.
- International business experience is an advantage.
