Your ProfileWe think that you have an academic background, but you might as well have gained genuine work-life experience. No previous management experience is needed, but we are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with and developing people.You are not necessarily the best in class, but a team player, great at collaborating, eager to learn, and happy to find solutions. No previous experience from Scania production is needed, but willingness and commitment to get the knowledge you will need to succeed is vital.We consist of people with different experiences as well as different nationalities, you therefore need to master both Swedish and English fluently in writing and speech.Openness, helpfulness, flexibility, and interpersonal skills are valued highly at our Battery Production!
