We are looking for a Senior Windows/Mac Client & System Engineer to join Nordnets IT Support department. We currently have 5 engineers working in the team and are now looking for one more, with mainly Windows competence.IT Support's mission is twofolded
- Provide prompt and effective assistance to Nordnet personnel with IT equipment and software-related inquiries and issues.
- Proactively maintain the integrity, functionality, and security of client devices, mobile phones, meeting room equipment, and associated software, ensuring adherence to Nordnet's stringent security standards.
Most likely, you have a technical background that enables you to understand IT services on a deeper level. You have a strong passion for customer satisfaction. You like to communicate, and you have a true interest in building relations and creating result through your team.You should have several years of experience working with Clients (Mac/Win & Mobiles).Good knowledge of
- SCCM
- Intune
- Azure
- Jamf
- Google workspace
- Client OS Configuration and deployment of Clients (Win/Mac & Mobile).
- Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot problems related to these clients.
- Deploy and manage software updates
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
- Document system configurations and procedures
