Job DescriptionWHAT YOU'LL DOWe are seeking an experienced Solution Architect who will be responsible for the architecture of POS solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and advancing the architecture toward the target state.In addition to the above, your role will involve:

Defining a shared technical and architectural vision focused on creating technical alignment for the full solution rather than concerns for specific components.
Reviewing, analyzing, developing and facilitating stakeholder understanding of business and technology implications of future direction, roadmaps and implementation plans.
Creating architectural design to guide and contextualize solution development across initiatives that align with business and IT goals.
Providing necessary leadership, analysis and design tasks related to the development of technology solutions to ensure that solutions meet business needs and align with architectural governance and security standards.
Identifying interdependencies and using 'holistic thinking' to ensure a cross-team perspective. Provide consulting support around solution architecture to teams to ensure a product is aligned with the overall enterprise architecture.
Translating business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints and documenting all solution architecture design and analysis.
Evaluating and driving continuous improvement, reducing technical debt, and enhancing end-to-end business value.
Taking ownership and responsibility of current solutions and flows and ensuring secure and stable operations with a good focus on resolving recurring problems to the root cause.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITHIn our Unit, you'll work with a dynamic team and oversee the integration and customization of several vendor-provided POS systems which impact 4000+ stores across 60+ countries.We frequently collaborate with our vendors, business, and internal tech stakeholders from various departments.WHO YOU AREWe are looking for people with…

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
8 - 10 years' experience working in multiple software engineering-related roles, whereof 5+ years' experience in a Solution Architecture capacity.
Experience in working with all components of a holistic enterprise architecture (business, process, information, technology).
Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.
Solid understanding of modern development practices, technologies and software architecture including patterns and principles.
Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Proven experience from documenting and communicating architecture and experience in tools like Jira, confluence etc.
Proven experience in designing solutions using patterns, following best practices etc. to comply with non-functional requirements.
Experience working with POS is a merit.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to a range of stakeholders.
Experience in story exploration and refinement.
Ability to troubleshoot independently and drive solutions to completion.
