- Simplify & Unify: Redesign complex information structures into intuitive UIs using the Salesforce Lightning Design System
- Customer centred journeys: Generate workflows, user journeys, and wireframes and high-to describe complex problems & processes
- Feedback & Research: With the support of researchers, operations and data analysts you will produce research findings to support design decisions. You will facilitate feedback reviews of prototypes to validate design concepts with end users.
- Work directly with developers: To turn wireframes and other visualizations into production ready prototypes based on Lightning components and patterns
- Quality assurance: Performs reviews of developed pages to ensure adherence to standards
- Workshop facilitation: Occasionally run and facilitate workshops with stakeholders and customers
- Unified Experiences & Market Localisation: You will work to define what parts of UX should be unified and what should be localized per market. You will create guidelines and help build a design framework for customer care that would allow for localisation when needed.
- Skilled practitioner with expertise in the design, production and presentation of Salesforce user interface designs that support the needs of the customer
- Proven ability to effectively communicate abstract concepts to audiences that are not skilled in a UX discipline
- Demonstrated experience with human-centered design patterns and methodologies, including but not limited to Salesforce domain
- Detail-oriented self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Working knowledge of design tools such as Figma
- Portfolio to show examples of Salesforce design work and other UX design work
