At least 5 years of experience in solution architecture, ideally within retail or customer-centric industries.
Good understanding of enterprise architecture and integration.
Experience in one or more of the following areas: Dynamics 365, Power Platform, e-commerce, CRM, leading complex system integrations.
Proven ability to translate business needs into technology solutions and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with agile project and development methodologies.
Strong analytical mindset and a drive to ensure architectural quality and business value with a collaborative approach.
You communicate clearly and efficiently in both English and Swedish and have experience working in an international context.
