Om jobbet:Assignment DescriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist to join an exciting assignment focused on developing, improving, and maintaining AI models for recommendation and personalization.In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of the machine learning lifecycle, from data exploration and model development to deployment and monitoring - ensuring scalable, production-ready solutions that create customer impact. You will work closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge AI/ML solutions.Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain AI models (recommendation systems, LLM-based applications) and associated pipelines.
Enhance performance, scalability, and reliability of production systems.
Collaborate with product managers to identify use cases and deliver POCs.
Apply MLOps best practices for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
Perform ad-hoc analysis and data visualization to support decision-making.

Mandatory Requirements

Several years of proven experience as a Data Scientist at a senior/expert level.
Strong skills in Python and production-level coding.
Hands-on experience in Deep Learning (Computer Vision and/or NLP).
Proficiency with PyTorch, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow.
Practical experience in MLOps and CI/CD in GCP (Vertex AI).
Strong skills in SQL.
Experience working with Git and version control systems.
Practical experience with Recommendation and Personalization Systems.
Hands-on experience with LLMs (prompt engineering, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases).
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience in developing REST APIs.
Experience working with Redis.
Experience with DBT.
Solid experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have (Merits)

Experience building and deploying LLM-based production services.
Background in designing and scaling real-time, high-volume systems.
Ability to contribute to AI/ML architecture discussions.
Experience working in international organizations or large-scale tech environments.
