As a BI Developer at Roxtec, you will be part of a forward-thinking team where data drive strategy and innovation. You will design and deliver smart data solutions that support decision-making across our business. Develop and maintain BI solutions including dashboards, reports, and data models.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Build and optimize data pipelines and processes.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across BI platforms.
Contribute to data governance and promote best practices in data management.
Stay up to date with BI trends and technologies to enhance our analytics capabilities.

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience in BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and API integrations.
Experience in working with relational databases and data modeling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Preferred qualifications

Experience in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python.
Understanding of data governance frameworks and meta data management.
Experience in CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
