This isn't just about creating beautiful interfaces, it's about driving innovation, solving complex design challenges, and setting the standard for how millions of users engage with sports betting. You'll partner with product leaders, engineers, and analysts to bring bold ideas to life, ensuring every interaction feels seamless, intuitive, and engaging for both first-time players and seasoned bettors.What you'll do:

Lead end-to-end design of web and mobile Sportsbook products, from concept to launch.
Collaborate strategically with product managers and engineers to define requirements, user journeys, and design priorities.
Turn insights into action by conducting research, analyzing behavior, and leveraging data to optimize usability and engagement.
Create and champion design assets from wireframes and prototypes to polished UI, while ensuring alignment with our brand and vision.
Partner closely with developers to bring your designs to life with precision and excellence.
Drive iteration and improvement through feedback, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Evolve our design system and establish patterns that maintain consistency and scalability across platforms.
Stay ahead of the game, monitoring industry trends, competitor experiences, and emerging UX best practices to keep us at the forefront of sports betting innovation.

Requirements:About youYou're not just a designer, you're a seasoned product thinker who knows how to craft world-class sportsbook experiences. With a proven track record in online gaming and sports betting, you combine creative vision, deep user empathy, and data-driven decision-making to deliver designs that truly move the needle. You thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments and have the confidence to influence stakeholders and shape product direction.What you bring:

5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or in a similar role within online gaming or sportsbook.
A strong portfolio highlighting sportsbook design expertise and examples of impactful, user-focused solutions.
Fluency in Figma and the ability to create everything from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes with precision.
Deep understanding of sports betting UX patterns, player behaviors, and industry trends.
Experience working seamlessly with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
A knack for translating complex challenges into intuitive, engaging interfaces.
A data-driven mindset, with hands-on experience using A/B testing, heatmaps, and user feedback to inform design decisions.
Strong communication and storytelling skills, enabling you to present and defend ideas with clarity and influence.
