- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a high-tech industry
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical material to both a technical and non-technical audience.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and changing environment
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Located in, or willingness to relocate to the Stockholm area in Sweden
- BD or sales experience incl. proposal writing and negotiations
- Experience from space missions, satellites and subsystems is an advantage, especially in the fields of small satellites, propulsion or AOCS in one or more of a project’s life cycle starting from feasibility analysis (Phase A) through Preliminary Design (Phase B) and project implementation (Phases C/D/E)
- Experience with institutional programs like ESA/EC and/or the defence sector
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce
- Swedish proficiency both in spoken and written
