This is a hands-on role that requires a mix of research, development, deployment, and collaboration. You’ll work closely with a talented R&D team, tackle real-world challenges, and deliver solutions that bring the most value in a resource-conscious environment.We are looking for someone who:

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models from prototype to production
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define priorities and deliver value quickly
  • Build and maintain ML pipelines, APIs, and user-facing components
  • Implement best practices in DevOps and containerized deployments
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in AI/ML and contribute to innovative solutions
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
  • Strong programming skills: Python (including packaging); experience with Rust and JavaScript/front-end solutions is a plus
  • Kubernetes, Docker, Containerization, REST API
  • Workflow & orchestration: MLFlow, Airflow, Windmill
  • Data & ML platforms: Hopsworks, Palantir Foundry
  • ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, pandas, scikit-learn
  • Experience with ML architectures: GMM, HMM, LSTM, Transformers, CNN, RNN
  • Experience working in DevOps environments
