- Deliver top-tier support to Swedish-speaking corporate clients via multiple communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding corporate accounts, product information, and service-related concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing their needs with professionalism and efficiency.
- Inform corporate customers about the company’s products and services to maximize their experience and satisfaction.
- Record all customer interactions and manage inquiries using the CRM system for accurate tracking and performance reporting.
- Work collaboratively with sales and technical support teams to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancement.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a corporate or B2B setting.
- Understanding of corporate customer needs with a professional approach to service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with customer service applications, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
