As a Technical Area Lead, you will work closely with the Technical Area Manager to innovate and refine this critical component, which houses all the electrical equipment provided to our customers. Your day will be filled with dynamic interactions, as you engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, from R&D teams to suppliers, ensuring that the LER system meets both technical and logistical demands. This is a significant role, where your expertise will help shape sustainable strategies and navigate complex challenges, all while collaborating with electrical and controls teams to understand and integrate their requirements.How You'll Make an Impact

Lead the development and improvement of the LER system, ensuring it meets market and customer needs.
Collaborate with mechanical designers to create efficient solutions and update existing products.
Engage with various stakeholders to develop sustainable strategies and address logistical challenges.
Ensure compliance with departmental processes, focusing on technical scope control, quality, and health & safety.

What You Bring

A solid background in Mechanical Engineering, complemented by 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field.
A comprehensive understanding of electrical and controls systems, enabling you to effectively collaborate and address their demands and challenges.
Strong communication skills in both English and Swedish, essential for navigating a global environment and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Experience in technical project management, with a proven ability to make informed decisions and manage complex projects.
A proactive, analytical approach with a passion for technology and a drive to solve intricate problems.
