In this role you will work closely with your colleagues inside and outside R&D to support and ensure our operational excellence.This position is part of the Technology Operations team and is located in Sweden, Uppsala as a hybrid position with 3 days in the office and 2 days mobile work. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.What you will do:

Coach and develop project managers in general project management practices with focus on visual project management, daily management and risk management
Develop and lead implementation of new tools and processes in the area, such as budget and resource planning, portfolio management etc.
Support the BU R&D leads with development of portfolio management practices
Contribute as representative from genomic medicine in governance of Cytiva wide tools and processes for product life cycle management and portfolio

Who you are:

Successfully completed studies in biomedical engineers, mechanical engineers, electronic engineers or similar qualifications and several years of relevant working experience
Experience from project management in product development
Knowledge and experience with Danaher business systems (DBS) or Lean Project Management
Experience of ISO 9001 quality systems for product development as well as established product lifecycle frameworks (project models)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Excellence in stakeholder management
Ability to shift between driving activities, collaborate with others and to execute activities on your own
