Job DescriptionAre you interested in building a greener future? Northvolt is offering an exciting internship opportunity to join their Blueprint Digital team.As an intern, you will work closely with the Blueprint digital team to deliver a complete set of project documents to Factory Programs. Your role as an Information Analyst will involve ensuring that documents are properly collected, reviewed, and distributed in accordance with the document control procedure in the various EDMS system.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Daily administration of document-related issues for internal and external stakeholders.
Assisting in the flow of information within the organisation.
Assisting in training various document management systems for project members.
Maintaining the Master Document Register with contractors.
Preparing ad-hoc reports on projects as needed.

BSc degree or higher in project management, engineering, or a relevant field.
Familiarity with project management.
Proficiency in MS Software (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, MS Project).
Previous work experience as a document controller or in a similar role is a plus.
Must have experience working in a multicultural environment.
