UX/UI Designer – Design SystemsGlobal Digital Platforms | Contract OpportunityWe’re seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join a collaborative, multi-disciplinary design system team working at the heart of digital product delivery across multiple global brands.In this role, you’ll help shape and scale a high-impact design system that empowers product teams to create seamless, accessible and consistent user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, developers, a UX writer, QA engineer and scrum master to continuously evolve the system, its components, and the way it supports teams across the organisation.What You’ll DoDesign and maintain a high-quality library of reusable components and patterns in FigmaEvolve foundational design tokens such as typography, colour palettes, spacing and motionDevelop usage documentation and internal guidelines that bring clarity and consistencyCreate onboarding materials, training content and demo videosCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to promote adoption of the systemContribute to internal events, newsletters, and other ways of sharing best practiceWhat You’ll BringSignificant experience in UX/UI design for responsive web and mobile applicationsProven track record working with or building design systems at scaleExpert knowledge of Figma, including component libraries, variables and tokensA strong eye for visual detail with the ability to create polished, consistent UIExcellent systems thinking and the ability to manage complexity across platformsBonus: experience with motion design, accessibility and component documentationPlease send your CV to garethroberts@arionrecruitment.co.uk if interested in this opportunity!Write a short description of your company, a boilerplate of the business, service or product that you offer.
