- Offer market intelligence and evaluation, guiding market companies.
- Identify growth opportunities and resource needs in your market.
- Aid in refining the segment's value proposition and application maps.
- Gather customer reference cases to bolster the value proposition.
- Meet segment sales targets and align with strategic goals.
- Provide operational support for strategy execution.
- Ensure profitability through strategic pricing.
- Train and coach sales teams on business processes and value-based techniques.
- Conduct field visits for hands-on coaching.
- Coordinate business opportunities across markets.
- Review and support key deals in the pipeline.
- Evaluate support needs and guide resource allocation.
- Participate in sales huddles and reviews.
- Collaborate with peers to share best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven B2B sales experience with a record of meeting targets.
- Strong reasoning skills for market research and strategy.
- Excellent communication and supervision abilities.
- Knowledge of value-based selling methodologies.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
