- Lead policy development and implementation to ensure alignment with ethical and compliance requirements, adaptable for ISO certification and Responsible Business principles.
- Provide training and education to employees on ethical practices, data protection laws, and workplace conduct standards.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking guidance on ethical dilemmas or compliance issues, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor and report compliance status through internal audits and risk assessments, addressing areas of non-compliance.
- Conduct investigations into allegations of misconduct, determining appropriate actions to address wrongdoing.
- Engage with stakeholders including employees, management, regulators, and the public to promote transparency and accountability.
- Continuously improve the management system and policies to address emerging risks, legal changes, and organizational growth.
- Extensive knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to HSEQ and compliance.
- Demonstrated ethical decision-making and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing regulatory environments.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
