- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System across the organization.
- Ensure QMS compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Plan, lead, and conduct internal audits; oversee external audits to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Lead management reviews and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance organizational performance.
- Collaborate with process owners to ensure the effectiveness and integration of the QMS.
- Obtain and maintain external certifications.
- Provide training and coaching to team members on QMS principles and quality improvement practices.
- Fluent in Swedish, (Finnish is a benefit) and English
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality System Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of QMS frameworks and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Proficiency in statistical process control and quality analysis tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
