Our offerings include IT staffing and permanent placement, IT management, system development, infrastructure, ERP systems, quality assurance, IT security and Non -IT .Description:-Maintain services & functionality within the payments area that is currently undergoing its largest transformation in 60 years-Be part of a cross functional agile team in the Payment Execution Agile Release Train that uses SAFe and together plan the work, break down the backlog and prioritize the features-Act as a role model and take responsibility for all typical BA activities. E.g. analysis of product owner priorities, gaps and impacts, analysis of rule book changes, analysis of system processes and solutions, break-down of features, preparation, verification & anchoring of backlog items, requirement gathering, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, testing and quality assurance of the delivered functionality, maintenance and incident handling.Required Skills:-Experience within the Payments Domain for example file-based payments, SEPA/RIX or SWIFT/CBPR+-Experience from ongoing market initiatives such as migration of RIXINST, ISO20022 or RIXRTGS-Experience of maintenance and incident handling-Experience from database technologies such as SQL, IBM DB1/2 or Oracle DB is helpful-Be practical, driven, organized and an analytical problem solver with a passion for technology and financial solutions-Have knowledge of methods and tools used in business analysis-Be a team player with good collaboration and communication skills listen, ask questions, build trust and experience from agile ways of working, e.g. SAFe-Ability to be a bridge the gap between IT and business stakeholders to facilitate dialogue in the team and with external/internal stakeholdersIf you are a highly motivated and talented individual with a passion to work on Payment , we want to hear from you!
