- Go To Market Strategy: In driving ISCO revenue growth in the Nordics by defining and executing the GTM strategy, targeting key clients, fostering strategic partnerships, and continuously optimizing performance through data-driven insights.
- Sales Capture Leadership: Leading end-to-end ISCO sales cycles by engaging senior clients, managing internal governance, developing proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling, winning solutions.
- Practice Development: Providing market and client insights to enhance ISCO offerings, while representing Capgemini in industry and advisory forums to strengthen thought leadership and visibility.
- Tracking and driving sales performance through key metrics including qualified pipeline, bookings, revenue, contribution margin, and win rate.
- Director-level supply chain leader with end-to-end expertise across planning, fulfillment, procurement and data management, blending client-side and provider-side operations, transformation and advisory experience.
- Experience in business development and sales within business services, technology or consulting. Strong commercial acumen, solution development expertise, risk management skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and tailor ISCO offerings to client needs.
- Extensive experience in business transformation across consumer products, industrial manufacturing, and life sciences, with a strong track record in multinational environments across the Nordics and Northern Europe.
- Effective communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships across senior and mid-level stakeholders, skilled in delivering compelling content, collaborating in global matrixed environments, and proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant business or technical field preferred; Master's degree in business, engineering, or supply chain disciplines highly desirable.
- Proficient in a Nordic language, enabling effective communication across regional stakeholders and markets.
