- Be a driving force leading activities, workshops, projects and ongoing business processes and deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects and deadlines.
- Influence stakeholders in all parts of the organisation to improve customer value.

- Relevant university degree and 5+ years of work experience as a business analyst, project leader, product specialist or similar.
- A curious and sharp-eyed mind, someone asking questions, love digging into details and possess great organizational and technical skills to deliver high quality work within tight deadlines.
- Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English - particularly in stakeholder management.
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions and business needs.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work performed.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-sufficiency, eager to get involved/take ownership and possess the ability to make decisions.
- Experience with AI and machine learning applications in finance.
