Innovation has always been a part of our spine and we believe that taking ownership and continuously developing our business is essential in this fast-paced environment.Area Sales Manager & Key AccountsAre you passionate about business development and B2B sales in an international environment?At Graniten, we are looking for a Key Account Manager & Area Sales Manager for Central Europe (Benelux, Germany, Austria & France) to strengthen our sales team and expand our footprint in the pharmaceutical packaging and healthcare automation sectors.In this role, you’ll play a central part in driving new market growth and developing long-term client relationships - primarily across the European market. With your technical understanding and customer-oriented mindset, you will help our clients unlock the full potential of Graniten’s innovative solutions and services.Graniten has a proud history of delivering state-of-the-art products and innovative automation solutions to high-profile clients worldwide. As part of our dynamic team, you will have a real opportunity to shape your role and influence our future development.Background And SkillsTo be successful in this role, we want you to have a clear drive and significant sales experience in B2B, preferably from product development, production or engineering offerings within the Pharmaceutical industry. You need to have a good understanding of technology and technological innovation as well as opportunities to understand the customer's needs, challenges and requirements. We want you to feel comfortable managing, conducting business and business strategy in an international environment, and being able to act as the customer’s representative internally. We also see that you are a very good communicator and have excellent ability to build long lasting relationships.ResponsibilitiesDefine activities and execute strategies to create sales.Proactively target, identify and contact potential new clients.Analyze markets, clients and development of product-market-fit for Graniten portfolio.Working with the Graniten teams to develop and promote attractive value propositions, sales presentations, and bids.Actively create and build close relationships with management, engineering, production procurement and purchasing department at prospective client accounts.Close collaboration with Product & Technologies leaders, Project Office and Business area directors at Graniten.Coordinating and managing the sales process from the initial conversation through to the project handover.The position will require frequent travels to customers on the European market.Personal qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, Master's degree preferred and/or proven sales experience in B2B, especially with accounts in Europe.
  • The ability to execute strategies skilfully involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, result oriented, customer focused.
  • Team player who embraces responsibility and wants to be part of a winning team.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent listening and communication skills in English required.
